voila... today's update.
It's been a long time since the last time I wrote on this blog. It's not that there is nothing to write.. actually, a lot of interesting things happened in the last couple of months that I want to share. Like when we went to durham and took this pictures on our way back:

or when Alisha celebrated her first year birthday about two months ago (no picture yet..). Then we visited uncle Giraffe and his lazy friend Pongo in Chester, before we climbed the most spectacular mountain in UK, mount snowdon. Hm.. we didn't climb that mountain actually, we took the train to the top!. :) But we did walk down the mountain on our journey back... and it was an unforgettable experience :). The pain on our legs lasted for 3 days... and we walked like penguin during those three days.

Well, let's go back to Alisha progress so far. Alisha is 14 months old now. She can say some short words like: "aduh!!" (when she hits something or when she falls down), "mimik'' (when she wants to breastfeed), "mo" (mau, if she wants something that we hold), "gi" (a word similar to mo, lagi means again..), "baapaaakk", "baayy" (to get rid of somebody.. like when you want somebody to get out from your house as soon as possible), "bird", "bear", "pooh", "beess" (fimbles), "niiss" (tweenies), and the most favourite word: "no-no-no-no..." (at the same time shaking her head).
The funny thing about the last word is, when she did something that we don't like, such as putting an object (toys, doll, paper) on her mouth and we told her not to do it by saying no, usually she said "no-no-no-no...", shaking her head, looked again at us, but then she still put the object on her mouth, although now she did it slowly, in hesitate.
